## Description

The aim of the service is to provide a comprehensive patient-centred adult Audiology AQP service which will include the provision of hearing aids for age related hearing loss \(non-complex\) in-line with national guidance \(NICE\) and local requirements for the patients registered with a GP practice within the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster\.
