## Description

The Bank is seeking to employ a design team consisting of a Principal designer, Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health \(MEP\) consultant, Structural Engineer etc\. to adapt/upgrade the TS building to future proof the building to work in a dynamic and practical way for the business for the next 20 \+ years\.
