Slimming world vouchers for the Feel Good Suffolk partnership.

Contract on behalf Of West Suffolk Council for Feel Good Suffolk. The purpose of this direct award is to Provide Adult weight management support whilst Suffolk partners design a local provision. The Slimming world vouchers will offer;

• Tier 2 weight management services - 387 vouchers • 12 weeks at face-to-face community groups. • After the end of the contract, signposting back to Feel Good Suffolk. • Each person is entitled to only 1 set of free vouchers (conditions apply)
