## Description

Dudley MBC's Housing Services is to undertake Bulk Rubbish Removal including House Cleans, Disinfestations, Fly Tipping & Garden Clearances\. The contract will deliver the following aspects: Standard and specialist cleaning, house cleans to void council owned properties, disinfestations, disinfection, needle sweeps, bulk rubbish removal from the inside and outside of council owned properties, and garden clearance/tidying to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough\. Provision is also required for a 365 day responsive service for the removal of fly tipping within the Borough\.
