1-970 Tunnel ITS Delivery Partner (TIDP)

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for a Tunnel ITS Delivery Partner (TIDP). This will support significant business and technological change programmes at its three tunnel assets in SE England (Hindhead, Roundhill and Southwick). The successful consultant is expected to provide a multi-disciplinary team with the required breadth of technical expertise and business change experience to support Highways England's strategic ambitions for its tunnel estate. The Kier operating team and IT systems are currently located at the Hindhead tunnel and will be relocated to the Regional Operating Centre, the appointed supplier is expected to manage this relocation for the Hindhead tunnel only.
