1-952 NTIS Phase 3 Service Design

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of a service design and technical consultancy support task. This will assist Highways England National Traffic Information Service (NTIS) transition project team with delivering a new operating model and defining and procuring new contracts that will enable the NTIS service a data driven future. The main deliverables of this technical consultancy task are to define what the future transitional NTIS service will be and the organisation and contractual changes required to bring that into being, ready for go live May 2021
