Framework Agreement for Asbestos Consultancy Services

Tenders are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to provide Asbestos Consultancy Services (the "Services") under a Framework Agreement, as detailed more fully in the Council's Minimum Specification and the Output and General Specifications.

The Council intends to appoint up to four (4) Service Providers on Lot 1 and eight (8) Service Providers on Lot 2 and an unlimited number of Service Providers for Lot 3 under this framework to perform the Services in connection with Asbestos Containing Materials ("ACM's") present within its asset management portfolio (the "Portfolio").
