Sparta contract for QA Tester - Digital

BEIS has identified a need for QA and Testing - a service which will allows BEIS to on-board talent, chiefly at the junior level. This talent must be vetted, trained and project-ready when landing onsite, to ensure minimal 'hand-holding' from existing BEIS Digital staff.
