Mechanical Works - Induction Suite Women and Childrens Unit at Arrowe Park Hospital

The works shall comprise the mechanical services associated with the formation of a new 3 bay Induction Suite at Arrowe Park Hospital. The Mechanical Services comprise the following: • Survey existing once suspended ceilings are removed and report • Isolate existing water services and medical gas to allow the partition alterations • Measure existing air volumes on both existing supply and extract systems • New Hot and cold ductwork to accept the new air volume required from central plant • New Mixing Box ductwork and grilles • New insulation • New extract ductwork/grilles off existing • New Water services/insulation to new sanitary ware • New wastes to new sanitary ware • New Medical Gasses • New Controls
