## Description

The Trust sought to appoint a suitably qualified advertising partner to install, manage and commercially operate advertising media across multiple hospital sites\. The objective of the concession arrangement is to generate a sustainable income stream for the Trust whilst ensuring all advertising content remains appropriate, compliant with relevant regulations, and aligned with NHS values and standards\. Under the proposed arrangement, there will be no cost to the Trust for the installation, management or operation of the advertising infrastructure\. The appointed concessionaire will be responsible for all commercial activities and will return an agreed share of generated revenue to the Trust\.
