## Description

Trafford Council is advertising an opportunity for commercial, charity or community groups interested in taking on a long term lease of Altrincham Town Hall\. Lease so no Estimated Value Following evaluation it was determined that Inch Arts provided the most advantageous tender to the Council and are therefore the preferred bidder\. The contract is for an initial 10 years \(until January 2034\) with the option to extend until January 2049
