Description
The Trust is undertaking the construction of a new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) Building, which requires an upgraded power supply to support its operations. The waiver was required because additional power can only be provided by UK Power Networks (UKPN), as they are the sole Distribution Network Operator (DNO) responsible for the electrical infrastructure in our geographical area. UKPN holds an exclusive statutory role in providing network upgrades, meaning no alternative suppliers can be considered.
