## Description

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers to support the Transport infrastructure Planning Unit and therefore we would like to award the contract to you\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 16th August 2022 and the expiry date will be 15th August 2023 for a period of 12 months\. The contract value will be up to £200,000 excluding VAT for providing the Requirement in Section 1 of Call Off Schedule 20 based on time and materials\. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6179 Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter\.
