Renewal of Youth Justice Service Specialist Case Management System

North Tyneside Council has directly awarded a contract for the renewal of a a specialist case management system used by the Youth Justice Service. The system is used to record Youth Justice activity in line with the Ministry of Justice and Youth Justice Board data recording requirements and to support the submission of statutory returns, which are a condition of the service's grant funding. North Tyneside Council has awarded this contract under the GCA Vertical Application Solutions (VAS) Framework, RM6259. The contract was finalised and executed on the 16th October 2026.
