Talent Pooling Pilot for the Department for Work and Pensions - Awarded Contract Additional information: This contract has been awarded through the CCS framework RM6002 Permanent Recruitment Solutions, Lot 7\. The requirement is for procurement of recruitment services to assist the Department with a pilot to build an external talent pool of individuals, who have the relevant protected characteristics and who are interested in joining the civil service\. The pilot will potentially be a pipeline for SCS potential aimed at Grade 6 and SCS1 level, or equivalent, to supplement internal progression and improve the diversity profile across SCS\.
