## Description

The London Borough of Barnet are looking to hire a contractor to supply a new prefabricated café unit in Basing Hill Park\. The site currently contains an existing kiosk building which is in poor condition and the plan is to demolish this and install a replacement building in the same location\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
