Work description
Oldham Council are seeking to commission a service to provide appropriate deployment of support within relevant settings to intervene early with young people who are identified as at risk of crime or anti-social behaviour. The successful provider will work proactively with a range of key partners and stakeholders including young people to deliver a service that achieves positive outcomes for all.
The service is held to account by the Youth Justice Management Board (YJMB) which includes representation from the Local Authority and statutory partners. The service will be expected to report to the YJMB and the Community Safety and Cohesion partnership as a minimum and work with the Local Authority to agree any wider governance requirements.
Oldham Council are seeking to commission a service that will work with targeted groups of children, young people and their families to encourage them to become empowered to make informed choices, raise aspirations and ensure children and young people fulfil their full potential. It is expected the provider will meet all KPI's and outcomes outlined within the specification.
£6420000 inc Vat/£5350000 exc Vat for full 7 year term
