National Highways is looking to set up a contract for the provision of NEC4 TSC both 2017 and including the amendments of Jan 2019 (with Z clauses) compliant Defined Cost auditing services across two Maintenance and Response Contracts in the South East, which have been awarded to the same supplier to support agreement of costs.
