Work description

Lewisham council is seeking a suitability qualified provider to deliver supported accommodation for single adults with complex mental health needs. The service will sit within the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) mental health supported housing Pathway. The Pathway offers a range of supported accommodation for adults with persistent mental health needs aimed at promoting recovery and increased independence. The Pathway fits within the wider health and social care system in Lewisham, working closely with the NHS (e.g. the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust [SLaM]) and the South East London ICB provision. \r \r

Additional information: It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service on 01/04/2024. This Contract is for an initial period of three years, with the possibility of a further two years extension.

The budget available for the delivery of this contract is set at £529,000 per annum, equating to £1,587,000 over the 3 year term, and £2,645,000 if the contract is extended for a further 2 years
