GB-Manchester: Northern Powerhouse Independent Review (NPIER) Technical Update

Transport for the North (TfN) is procuring a technical update to the Northern Powerhouse Independent Economic Review (NPIER) to refine the evidence base supporting the NPIER evidence base in line with TfN's business requirements in 2019/20.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
