## Description

Plus Dane Housing are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a Housing Management System & Associated Modules to replace the existing Housing Management Computer Systems\. Currently there are separate sets of systems that makeup the Housing Management System \(HMS\)\. Plus Dane Housing are looking for a commercial off the shelf solution \(COTS\) and not a bespoke computer system\. The system must be in existence \(rather than in development\) and successfully installed and fully operational in at least 2 other Local Authorities, Housing Associations or similar public sector organisations of a similar size\.
