## Description

External support to enact phase 3 of the Target Operating Model, creating a third Delivery Business Unit and the P3M & Strategy Directorate\. The purpose of the Target Operating Model evolution is to ensure NRS is ready to take in the first two AGRs\. This is in addition, and complementary, to the continued integration of Dounreay and moving towards a programmised approach as per the Optimised Delivery Model programme of work\.
