## Description

Demolition works to Harrow Councils Central Depot Site\. Bidders refer to Part 3 \(Preliminaries and Conditions of Contract\) and Appendix A \(Demolition Drawings and Specification\) for full details of the project\. In summary, the project is to demolish 5 units at the Harrow Council Central Depot\. Bidders are to note that the demolition will take place in 2 phases\. Units 1,2, 6 and 7 along with the pre-fabricated section of Unit 5 will be demolished in Phase 1\. The remainder of Unit 5 will be demolished in phase 2, anticipated to commence August 2019\.
