## Description

There are five projects within this programme of work which will improve depth and breadth of knowledge across the Highways Team\. In particular it will provide evidence and reassurance of other regulators' expectations of their regulated entities and how they drive best practice, allowing the team in turn to draw on this expertise on an ongoing basis when dealing with National Highways\. The Monitoring Handbook will support the team, including new starters, on an ongoing basis\.
