## Description

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust \(KCHFT\) are looking to appoint a contractor for Supply and Installation of Replacement Fire Alarms to include all fire alarm devices at: • Chaucer Clinic, Polegate \(East Sussex\) • Coxheath Clinic, Maidstone • Hawkhurst Community Hospital, Hawkhurst • New Street Dental Practice, Sandwich • Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital, Herne Bay Bidders must be: • Constructionline registered with minimum 'Silver' verified status\. • NICEIC and ECA registered • BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified • A member of Fire Industry Association \(FIA\) and Fire Protection Association \(FPA\) • Be able to evidence working in a healthcare 'live environment' in the past 5 years Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Design \(2106 Edition\) Special Instructions: Works to be carried out in a phased approach KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity which will be completed via the Proactis e-procurement portal\. Once suppliers have expressed their interest, all ITT Documents will be sent to them via the Proactis portal on 25/10/2022\. Any correspondence to the Authority's staff email addresses will be disregarded\. Site visits will be held on: 31/10/2022 and 01/11/2022\.
