Legal Services Panel

Description

The University of Plymouth (UoP) is seeking to renew and refresh its Panel Firm arrangements, in line with the introduction of the Crown Commercial Services RM6240 Public Sector Legal Services Framework. UoP will utilise this framework to source its external legal support needs. The previous panel for UoP was arranged under the predecessor for RM6240 (RM3788 Wider Public Sector Legal Services), which has now expired. The University has found that it requires general legal support at both a regional level (for general, day-to-day legal advice), and more specialist support for larger and bespoke transactions and Higher Education (HE) specific advice.
