Vendor and Contract Management

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) currently manages approximately 150 contracts within its IT Services function. These contracts range from hardware, licenses and support and maintenance. The Council is looking to acquire a Vendor Management and SRM tool to cover a range of elements of vendor management including vendor performance, analytics, reporting, workflow and supplier relationship management. The solution will interface with the Council's current e-sourcing solution. The contract will be for 1 year, with a potential 1 year extension. The Council's end to end procurement solution requirements are currently being reviewed as part of a regional procurement. This award will be a short-term solution until conclusion of the regional procurement activity.
