Communal Cleaning and Environmental Services

Description

The Regenda Group wish to appoint experienced service providers for the provision of communal cleaning including window cleaning at approximately 420 properties owned / managed by the Regenda Group and environmental services including pest control and environmental cleans across all properties. The opportunity has been sub-divided into four lots. Regenda will utilise bespoke terms and conditions; it is intended that the contract will run for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years via annual extensions, at the discretion of Regenda.
