Test Valley Borough Council is seeking the appointment of an appropriately qualified contractor to prepare an Andover and Romsey Retail Capacity, Food and Beverage and Hotel Study Update for the Borough to look forward to 2040, which is now the end of the proposed plan period 2020-2040, of the new local plan currently in preparation.
