## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services within the Commercial Delivery Team East, which is part of the Commercial & Procurement Directorate\. The purpose of this work package contract is to obtain expert technical advice on a several claims for additional costs within the Operations East area of our network\.
