Options Appraisal and Feasibility Study for the Council's Operations Depot at Waterside Park

Appointment of Costain Limited to deliver an options appraisal and feasibility study for Swindon Borough Council's Operations depot at Waterside Park. The Council requires an external consultancy to prepare an options appraisal, feasibility study and concept design to ensure our operations depot is fit for the future and contributing to the Council's objectives to "reduce the energy related emissions from the council's own building stock/ portfolio". Costain Limited were appointed following a competitive tendering exercise. The project will commence in July 2023 and is expected to be completed in December 2023.
