The successful bidder must have a proven successful track record in operating search for professional HR roles at a similar level in Northern Ireland and matching candidates; resulting in appointments\. A recent public recruitment campaign to fill this position attracted a small number of applicants however, no appointment was made\. NMDDC is now seeking the assistance of a professional and expert search partner, to attract a selection of suitable candidates, resulting in the appointment of a talented individual to this newly created and important role\.
