GB-King's Lynn: PROVISION OF BLOCK MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR NEW BUILD FLATS WITHIN WEST NORFOLK

NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 July 2023 for the following reason: Tender box closing date extended to 12 noon, Wednesday 9th August 2023(The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk (the Council), is working in partnership with Lovell Partnerships Ltd to deliver new housing throughout West Norfolk. Included within these proposals are plans to construct blocks of flats that will be occupied by private homeowners, tenants of West Norfolk Housing Ltd (the authorities Private Rental Accommodation company), and tenants of West Norfolk Housing Company (the authorities wholly owned registered housing provider.

The Council is inviting experienced Managing Agent / Block Management companies to tender for the provision of block management service to manage communal spaces, external areas and undertake other management company functions.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
