## Description

To build on the 2014 new rail stations study conclusions and firmly establish if Elland and Crosshills station proposals are technically feasible to construct, operationally viable and are economically affordable\. To identify in more details any constraints or pre requisites that need to be addressed\. To identify any land use planning implications\.
