## Description

The purpose of the services under this tender is to support NDA in assessing and developing the potential opportunity to sell its MDU to third parties through: • Market Testing: Develop a market testing methodology \(including pre-agreed interested bidders lists, external information memorandum and down selection criteria\) with NDA and use that methodology to proactively seek expressions of interest from 3rd parties; and • Market Valuation: Assess and quantify the economics of a NatU-based fuel recycle/re-use route versus a MDU-based fuel recycle/re-use route\.
