GB-Barnet: PIN in advance of ITT

The works to reinstate the building and flats broadly include: · Demolition of the roof over affected wing of the building, including structural elements such as timber and masonry above eaves level. · Clearance of collapsed debris throughout the building. · Internal strip out of all flats of the affected wing of the building. · Internal strip out of all damaged or affected services. · Note, some elements of the 2nd floor masonry may require demolition, subject to further testing to be carried out after the roof debris has been cleared. · Reconstruction of the roof, reinstating the traditional timber, pitched, tiled roof. · Reinstatement of weatherproofing and external architecture, as required. · Reconstruction of masonry above eaves level. · Reinstatement of internal and external finishes as required. · Reinstatement of building services as required
