## Description

Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council and Partners, and progress a two stage feasibility study, to explore the potential provision of a Blue Light Hubs \(BLH\) in the Sandside area, between Arnside and Milnthorpe\. Two sites have been identified \(in the same location but under different ownership\)\.
