Award of contract for Artizan Street Library & Community Centre Refurbishment at 1 Artizan Street, London, E1 7AF. To renovate the ground floor areas of the library. Works are to include strip out of existing finishes and furnishings, removal of the existing IT suite, addition of new loose furnishings and fittings, floor and wall finishes, and a new bespoke makerspace with furniture and equipment.
