Invitation to tender (ITT) Ofwat and Consumer Council for Water research on incidents

deliver an important programme of research into the experiences of household customers when water and wastewater incidents take place. The 'what, when and how' of the contract will be dependent partly on when incidents take place and how to efficiently conduct meaningful research with customers who have experienced those incidents.

The contract is for qualitative and/or quantitative research with people who have experienced water and/or wastewater incidents in their homes or gardens. We expect the research to take place fairly shortly after an incident has taken place - but with sufficient time allowed for the incident to be resolved and, if appropriate, compensation to have been provided.
