This is for the purchase of School Support Staff Negotiating Body Research\. This research will be used to directly inform decisions made by the School Support Staff Negotiating Body, an arm's-length body, made up of representatives of employers and unions\. These decisions will principally relate to aspects such as school support staff pay, working conditions, role responsibilities and opportunities for training and career progression\.
