Livv Housing Group is a registered provider of social housing, predominantly in Knowsley (Liverpool), with c.13500 homes and c.20000 customers, of varying tenure and type, with a strong community presence. Our ambition is to become an intelligence led, data driven organisation, where we act upon and predict the needs of our customers, unlocking potential and giving people and communities opportunities to flourish.

Livv plan to conduct a full survey across the whole customer base in early 2023, capturing both the views of customers who already engage with us, as well as those who rarely contact us but live in our homes. Our ambition is for the responses to be representative of the people and families who live in our homes so capturing a wide range of views is essential.
