Work description
The design/construction of a new three storey extension, with the ground and first floors fitted out for office accommodation with associated amenities. Third floor mothballed for future fit out. Together with associated external works for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.
Further cost option to be priced to fit out all three floors.
