Work description
Principal Sponsor role for Midlands Rail Hub. Requirement for activities necessary to deliver the project milestones for WMCA on behalf of WMRP/WMRE.
Activities include: • Delivery of the Programme Business Case for Midlands Rail Hub (working with industry partners). • Identification of the future resourcing requirements for WMRE in relation to Midlands Rail Hub • Securing WMRE's formal role within the wider rail industry governance for Midlands Rail Hub
