Creswell Heritage & Wellbeing Centre, Design and Build - AWARD

Bolsover District Council (BDC) will be awarding a contract for a new facility at Creswell on behalf of a Community Benefit Society (CBS). Following the decision by Bolsover District Council to 'cease the current operation' at Creswell Leisure Centre and the relocation of swimming activity to an alternative site. The group developed a proposal and 5 year indicative business plan for a new facility in the village that would become the 'Creswell Heritage and Wellbeing Centre'. This project has a budget allocated of £2 million pounds which is subject to securing of funding and dependent on approval of planning permissions. Suppliers are invited to produce a design which we will meet our overall expectations of the Centres activities to be delivered. Suppliers may request site visits via the portal if required.
