The Framework is for the Maintenance of Building Management Systems \(BMS\) and consists of 2 lots\. Lot 1 - Maintenance of Continuum / Struxureware Building Management System\. Lot 2 - Maintenance of Trend Building Management System The scope of services required under the framework are a\) Emergency 24/7 call out and repair with a 4 hour response time for a system breakdown / malfunction\. b\) A scheduled-on site inspection of the system including maintenance & the installation of system controller firmware to the latest version using licensed proprietary firmware\.
