Background. - National Highways goal: look to the future to find more ways to deliver safer, smoother and more reliable journeys for our customers. - The pipeline develops schemes for future consideration based on - strategic studies - route strategies - stakeholder engagement - The schemes approved for development at the end of PCF Stage 2 are then transitioned to the Regional Infrastructure Programmes for delivery as projects. Pipeline mission: to provide a range of options for potential future schemes to enable ministerial decision-making. - In Providing the Services, the Consultant will support the achievement of the project objectives
