Store Door Replacements

Description

This is an award notice for the provision of an experienced Contractor to manage the removal and carting away of existing door sets, and the supply and installation of new FD30 FIRAS or equivalent certified store doorsets and associated materials as agreed in the specification to properties located within Trafford, Manchester, United Kingdom ("the Requirements"). FIRAS or equivalent accredited store door replacement works to communal areas, as identified/referenced in the 'Store Doors Replacement Programme Pricing' document provided. Works involve the replacement of existing store doors of different types with suitable fire rated doors in accordance with FIRAS requirements, including all associated making good to adjacent surface finishes. All works must be sufficiently labelled, recorded and certified by the contractor.
