## Description

The Employer's Agent \(EA\) will provide a comprehensive EA services for Phase 2C of the Colville Estate regeneration project\. Services are required from post planning, other than some minor revisions to the existing design to post construction\.The EA will be contracted on General Conditions for the Appointment of Consultants form of contract \(GCWorks/5\) with Hackney Council Amendments\.
