Work description
The purpose of this PIN is to give prior information to the market and establish engagement with providers prior to publishing a contract notice and tender documents in the first quarter of 2019. This is not intended as a call for competition.
The intention is to create a Framework for the provision of Courier Services to the Higher Education Sector both domestic and international which will replace the current framework which expires in June 2019.
