Description

Rutland County Council have run a Further Competition from the Crown Commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System RM6130 for Building Cleaning Services. The requirement is for a core contract for 3 years with the possibility of a 1 year extension. The requirement consolidates all of its cleaning requirements for offices, libraries, historical buildings such as a museum and castle, leisure facilities, pre-school, restaurant and catering facilities, special education needs school, bus station, and enterprise park. There are minimal TUPE requirements which must be supported and the appointed service provider must fully staff the majority of the requirement.
